We can't wait to celebrate this special time with you. Happy traveling!

Pre-Travel Arrangements

Who do I contact to organize travel arrangements?

To book your cruise as part of the wedding party, contact Sara Matthews with Explorer's Travel Advantage at (253)325-9983 or click "Get In Touch" at www.explorerstraveladvantage.com to schedule a consultation.

Do I need a passport to go on the Cruise?

A passport is strongly recommended as a form of ID on boarding day for U.S Citizens. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the end of the sail. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation. Please contact Princess Cruises for specific recommendations on special circumstances.

Who is included as part of my invitation?

This is a family trip and children included in your immediate family are welcome to attend. If your invitation is addressed to a single person, we welcome your significant other or a travel partner of your choosing to participate in the all the wedding related activities.

When do I need to RSVP by and how to do I complete my RSVP?

Please RSVP by XX/XX using the RSVP section in our website. In addition to notifying us of your plans to attend the wedding, we will be using the responses to provide information to Princess Cruises to organize multiple events for the wedding group throughout the cruise. Please provide a reply to each event included on the RSVP page.
